All Bottled fruits, honey and jam

Traditionally in Mallorca jams are mainly made from plums and apricots. But the island and in particular the Serra de Tramuntana is rich in Mediterranean fruits, from which some farms also produce more extraordinary jam varieties such as fig, pomegranate, grape or watermelon.
In spring the mountain scenery of Mallorca shines in a splendor of flowers in full bloom. Not only its admirers, but especially the bees are delighted and produce a pure and delicious honey: The “Mel de mil flores” (honey from a thousand blossoms). It is typically sold in a traditional Majorcan clay pot.
